Algara Bulgara is my alias - a name I chose for its ancient Bulgarian origin and its meaning - to desire deeply.
Let me tell you a story
Once upon a time there was a young girl who loved to write, sketch and sing. Most of all she enjoyed creating stories, be it as a way to escape the real world or to make time pass more quickly. Hardly did she realize then that the one thing which had always been there for her, the one thing which was just as natural as breathing the cool air after the storm had passed or laughing at the gentle caress of the sun on a spring morning, was actually her special gift.

Many years passed until she finally realized it... If the tiny rose petal swirling in the air in a breathtaking dance with the breeze, could make us stop and smile, and if the bright stars in the nightly sky beaming light years away from us, could teach us to hope and believe that our deepest desires could come true… if a new-born baby, be it human or animal, could fill our hearts with love within a split second, why couldn’t she try to make a difference in this world with a few words scribbled once in a while.
